May 22, 2011 | Attended and photographed Humane Society of Fairfax County's first annual Woof Walk at Burke Lake featuring McGruff the Crime Dog, working dog team demonstrations, Gerry Connolly, adorable HSFC adoptables in attendance, as well as countless cute pups and their owners!
May, 2011 | Invited and accepted participation in fundraiser for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Man & Woman of the Year 2011 Competition. February 11, 2011| The American Dog Magazine (Spring 2011 issue) and Animal Wellness Magazine (February/March 2011) are now available showing back panel, full page ad with "Tess" (portrait selected by Evanger's to be used in their 2011 ad campaign). December 15, 2010 | Santa drew record numbers to Dogma Bakery & Boutique in Shirlington for pet photos. At our final count, we had 125 dogs and three cats appear for photos (cash and product donations to benefit Animal Welfare League of Arlington). My time was donated, Dogma made sure the visitors had treats while they waited, and Santa (he was the REAL Santa) happily held cats in hats, and posed with suffering dogs in reindeer ears and jingle collars (and some who seemed to enjoy them!), singing dogs, and even one spectacular dog in a wheelcart. Thanks to all the good folks and their patronizing pets who came to support this event. Happy Holidays!

April 2010| Asked to participate in an upcoming Silent Auction to benefit the Capitol Hill Pregnancy Center.

November 2009 | Received notice from Evanger's that one of my portraits was selected as a month-feature with a second chosen as an inset photo for their 2010 calendar and a third one to appear in the cover collage. (Selections made from nearly 1,000 submissions!)
September 2009 | Notified of portrait placement in Workman Publishing's 365 Dogs Calendar for 2010.
